Espresso Bellini (alcoholic beverage)

Ingredients
- 300ml cold brew or strong filter coffee
- Agave syrup or honey
- Ground cinnamon (optional)
- Prosecco or Champagne
Method
1. Freeze the coffee in an ice-cube tray to make small cubes. Dip the rims of the Champagne flutes in agave syrup or honey and roll in a little cinnamon, if using.
2. Place 3 - 4 coffee ice cubes in each glass and slowly pour in the prosecco of Champagne. If you prefer, add the coffee cubes last for more fizz!
