An appeal has been made to find anyone who knows Joseph Jacques Rosillon, an 87-year-old Belgian resident of the Villamartin area of Orihuela Costa.
The president of Help at Home Costa Blanca (HAH CB), Carmen Perez told Costa Blanca News that the social worker in Torrevieja Hospital is trying to help him after he arrived at the health centre in Cabo Roig in a state of complete disorientation. She explanined that sadly he lost his wife two weeks ago but cannot remember anything else.
Anyone who knows him or his family is asked to call Carmen on 617 885 941 or Sheila on 634 332 617.
