The UK have got the answer to cutting pollution
If you pay £12.50, your car can go in to London,

After paying, your car doesn't pollute any more.
How clever is that !

There is a similar policy concerning plastic bags in U.K. and Spain. Plastic bags pollute but if you pay for them you can pollute as much as you like.

It doesnt seem to mention existing tolls here or anywhere B ?
I would go on the assumption they will stay in place and no new tolls will be added
But if they do bring in a double emmisions tax i would expect the existing tolls be removed, but i wouldn't hold my breath

' The Spanish Government has agreed with Brussels that there will be no motorway tolls in 2024.'

That reads as no motorway tolls whatsoever, so that means all existing ones. :D

It would be nice to think so, but if I remember correctly we will have to wait until the franchise/concessionary has expired for the ones that are left.

If that may be the case, then it won't affect me as the N332 is just fine.

Same for me B
I found this old article about the tolls from N332
It doesnt say when the la zenia tolls end but does explain the costs involved and benefits and losses that occur when the tolls are removed to us and the government
https://n332.es/the-cost-of-tolls/
