In growing toenails ?

I have a problem with not just one , but both of my big toenails ingrowing.
My chiropodost recommended that I have the operation to remove them ,or at least have them cut at source .
She couldn't tell me offhand , as to who in Torrevieja carries out this procedure, as she has only recently moved to the area .
I read on Facebook,some time ago, a post, where somebody had this done.
Can any of you point me in the right direction, as it can only be done privately , and not on the Spanish health service. .

Hi Sue21.
In conversation with a friend today , he told me that he had the same problem as me last year .
He went to his Doctor ( Torrevieja), and was referred to Torrevieja hospital, where they carried out the procedure on his healthcare .
So, maybe I'll try that first , and see how I get on .
