Valonia Resort - Punta Prima (Within Torrevieja Boundary)

Just released off-plan phase 1, 60 of 220 properties.

This, I believe, is 1 of the last 2 large undeveloped plots beachside at Punta Prima. The other plot, adjacent to this development but separated by a road, was originally earmarked as a "green space" but whether that will remain the case who knows.

The only other piece of land unbuilt on that I am aware of beachside is the dirt car park belonging to Torrejoven Hotel, located a short walk from the hotel.
