Ingredients
- 500g (1lb 2oz) Greek yogurt
- 4 tbsp runny honey or maple syrup
- 5 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 400g (14oz) frozen raspberries
- 150g (5½oz) fresh raspberries
Method
1. Place the yogurt, honey (or maple syrup) and coconut into a food processor and blend together.
2. Add the frozen raspberries, and blend again.
3. Fold through the fresh raspberries, slightly crushed, and serve straight away.
