Fuel prices ripp off

I appreciate the situation in Ukraine but fuel going up nearly 10 cents a day with diesel now same price as unleaded are we not being ripped off by petrol stations?
The reason I say Is I'm convinced I read somewhere that the petrol companies when they buy the fuel they buy it 6 weeks in advance ,but the way they put the prices up it seems more like 6hours

Of course, this is profiteering on a grandiose scale. Shops, garages, gas, electric, not forgetting the government etc. have a licence to rob us blind and they’re going to fill their boots.
