Running of the bulls cancelled
Good news that the running of the bulls in Pamploma has been cancelled again for the second year and as the article states.
' More than 80% of Spanish people oppose the blood sport, and approximately 56% fewer official bullfights took place in 2018 than in 2007, but these sick displays are able to continue in large part because of tourist money. '
Namely thick retards from Shropshire.

"Another blow to the local economy"bleat the simpering weasels...good...fantastic perhaps they can find another line of business that does not rely on the torture and mutilation of animals for entertainment and blood lust.

It's refreshing to see that 80% of the Spanish people are against it and I'm quite certain that of the remaining 20% there are not many under the age of 90 and are devoted Francoists.
But of course it's nothing to do with culture, tradition and heritage .. its all about money as the Mayor of Pamploma shamelessly admits and it's the money from gormless tourists that perpetuates the agony and slaughter that these innocent animals have to suffer.
Thankfully a supporter on this forum of this utterly barbaric spectatacle ( it is not a sport along with bullfighting ) was kicked off, but like most slimy worms he has crawled out from underneath another rock and is pontificating the same utter bile.
My views on brutally painfully and slowly slaughtering an innocent proud animal purely for the edification and enjoyment of a bloodthirsty baying crowd are well know on here, or of any animal for the matter.
I have lived here for over twenty years and have imbraced the country, it's people, it's language and it's culture and I think I'm entitled to voice an opinion as to what I think is wrong with certain aspects of Spanish culture that is still practised in my adopted country in the 21st century.
Unlike a fat thick retard who lives in Shropshire and is not entitled to voice an opinion on anything Spanish.

Only a complete and utter benny would suggest that you would need to be vegetarian or vegan to dislike bullfighting,i have no problem eating meat whilst condemning the humiliation and torture of bulls for entertainment.....however lack of protein means that vegans are a trifle touched anyway.

Big difference in killing animals for food and killing them for entertainment.
I don't think our early ancestors would have fared very well just eating grass and carrots.
