La Mata beach times

Hola,
As its November now has the 8.30am time restriction been lifted as to when you can go on the beach.
I've been onto the torry town hall website but the 8.30a,m rule was dated July so i am not sure.

Is there anyone out there that knows the answer

I haven't seen anything different published since July. I suspect it will probably stay at those times officially to prevent the younger people having parties. In any case that 8.30pm rule was not observed by many people during July and August as we were on La Mata beach quite late in the night and there were always lots of people sitting and walking about. I think the 8.30am was to give the people they employed to patrol the beaches time to get the beach sectioned off with the ropes as they were rolled back every night for the tractor to comb the beach. I did see the tractor on the El Cura beach about a week ago around 8.00am. All the lifeguards and security are long gone now as their contracts are finished.

Thanks for the reply, those were my own thoughts as well.
Nothing has been updated since July as I looked everywhere.
Although, yesterday a La Mata beach sign at a beach entrance still says 8.30am.
