Wonder why Policia Local didn't possess this equipment before now ?

The main road has traffic lights everY 50 yards. The other roads all have junctions and pedestrian lights. I’m trying to work out where people are managing to speed!

They have nsmed these 3 in particular Cortes Valencianas, Diego Ramírez, Desiderio Rodríguez o avenida de La Mancha. They can go like bats out of hell from one roundabout to the next!
