What intrigues me also is why the german police are so heavily involved in this ?
It was originally just the portuegese and UK police that were investigating the case, now the germans
The only connection they have is the paedophile, him being german, dismissed once already as having any involvement, now the prime suspect
They just seem too overkeen , in a frenzy even to forward some new evidence and make him the murderer
Have the mccanns got to them and slipped their investigators something to do this ?
As i said it will be interesting to hear what the vital new evidence is

Squeaky bum time for the McCann accusers.
Not the Met, not the Portugese police...but the German Police, prepared to go out on a limb and write to the McCanns to tell them Maddie is dead.
The prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters went even further, stating they had concrete evidence that their suspect killed the child.
Why would the Germans do that if it could make them the subject of international ridicule?
The chickens could be coming home to roost, and maybe a huge piece of humble pie waits to be eaten along with the words of some pundits, amateur video makers, and bandwagoners......

We shall see, but I have a feeling that my thirteen minute theory may have some validity, after all....

What possible ' concrete`evidence can the German prosecutors have.

They have no body and no DNA .. just ' circumstantial' evidence, none which will stand up in court.
Just to remind you what they said just a few days ago.

German prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters, few days ago.
" We have no forensic evidence, but we have no doubt that Madeleine is dead. I think the British authorities need the forensic evidence for her death, but in Germany we don't need forensic evidence.

German prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters, yesterday.
"Because there is no forensic evidence there may be a little bit of hope.
We don’t want to kill the hope and because there is no forensic evidence it may be possible."

If any dimwit wants to be taken in by all that guff, then more fool them.

I believe she may have just wandered off or was abducted .. but not by Christian Brueckne. So let's wait and see what this new ' concrete ' evidence is ..
The prosecutor said yesterday... ‘We have concrete evidence that our suspect has killed Madeleine and this means she is dead"
You don't say, moron. !!

And most of us knew 13 years ago that she was dead.

Todays update, and i cannot make sense of it
The german investigator wolters has sent the mccanns a letter to say she is definitely dead, but cannot explain why
Then further down the artice it says "walters" , spelt incorrectly says however she may be alive
He should be christened the new inspector clouseau , talk about a comedy of errors

"This weekend Mr Walters claimed there was still “a little bit of hope” that Madeleine was alive and admitted there was no forensic evidence to support the idea she was dead."

And

“We, of course, really consider the fact that it is going to be very hard for the family when we tell them we assume Madeline is dead "

So they 'assume`that she's dead. !!

So they have no `forensic` evidence, but they say that they have ' concrete` evidence. This must be when he told someone something in a bar.
Sounds like this numbskull is slowly digging himself into a big hole with no chance of getting out and is just sinking deeper.

But no doubt people will fall for this.

Now its getting embarrassing , and of course the mccanns are angry, if she is pronounced as dead the gravy train finishes and they could be investigated

Kate and Gerry McCann have rubbished claims from German prosecutors they have been sent a letter informing them Madeleine is dead.
In a furious rebuke, they said today: 'The widely reported news that we have a received a letter from the German authorities that states there is evidence or proof that Madeleine is dead is FALSE.'

Who wrote this I wonder........!!

"The prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters went even further, stating they had concrete evidence that their suspect killed the child.
Why would the Germans do that if it could make them the subject of international ridicule?"

Too late for that .. they already are. :walk like an egyptian:

They're worse than the bumbling Met. :D

Yet more ineptness from the bungling Germans ... The headline reads, among others....

" There are a number of similarities in the case to that of Madeline McCann's"

Just read this horrific article and see if there are any ' number of similarities `

A child is found murdered so blame it in him, in fact blame all of them on the German !!

Also they say the poor boy was murdered in 1998 but Brueckner arrived in Portugal in 1995 and there's no record of him leaving Portugal, but hey that doesn't matter. Blame him anyway !!

Todays news
The german denies killing her
This would be expected with any potential murderer, but with all the other offences stacked up against him i would expect a possible plea bargain if he admitted it , what would he have to lose

There's no doubt jimny1 that he's an evil nasty piece of work and as I'm a big supporter of the death penalty, he should have been put down years ago and no doubt some children may still be alive today. But that's another story and maybe another topic now, as things have changed for the better. What do you think.

But it's the desperate concerted effort by the German authorities to link him to the disappearance of Madeline McCann, as if to say, we got her killer where everyone else failed.
Doesn't matter that they haven't any evidence whatsoever, in spite of consistently crowing that they have, but it's a secret.

They've already published shed loads of stuff about him to the press to justify them suspecting him, so what else is there.

The media have been digging up dirt and making tenuous connections from day one, so what other revelations can there be. !!
