When the Spanish lottery is going to start again ?

It says lottery agents with independent access from the street can open in Phase 1. Whatever lotteries it applies to I don't know.

Info from a La Marina Urb councilor

Darren Parmenter As I discovered myself this morning. The BOE (State Bulletin) that came out on Saturday evening said lottery offices were open as from today.
When I went to our local lottery point for my weekly flutter, I was told that the lottery authorities had taken the decision NOT to start until at least 70% of the country was in PHASE ONE. They hope it will be next week or the week after...
