Health Areas by town allowed to proceed to Phase1

You're right JamesB. I don't blame the restaurants from holding back from opening in phase one .
As you rightly point out - their overheads and outgoings are the same as before .
I can't see it viable for them to open , and run their business on 50% of their potential trade .

A bit from today's Diario Informacion says the Valenciana Generalitat will be announcing permission to travel between Phase 1 health areas of the province similar to the Basque Country. This will hopefully alleviate the confusion between contigious boundaries.

Puig affirmed that the Generalitat is working for the Executive to authorize trips between neighboring health departments in Phase 1, in a similar way to what has been approved for the Basque Country: travel between neighboring municipalities of different provinces is allowed from today"

No Fred we have to wait for Snr Puig to announce it which he hasn't as yet. I guess he is between a rock and a hard place now as he really wants Valencia, Alicante and Elche opened to Phase 1 so he has to wait to see if there is any move from Moncloa and if not then he will allow the Phase 1 areas to mingle. I understand he has authority over the Health areas so it is in his gift to say yes.
