You can walk with your husband as the small print says that they can be accompanied by their dependents. See the picture here of the new exercise times.
I believe the word dependent means a person that is dependent on you to carry out parts of their mobility and daily life not dependents as in family
Definition of dependent person: “A dependent person is one who has limitations to carry out one or more basic life activities, such as dressing, washing, cooking or shopping.”

A The protection of the most vulnerable would operate, so it would be necessary to go outside at the specific time for those over 70.
In my opinion that allows you much more flexibility to walk at a time that you choose to or during both periods---lucky you---

That has been changed..
If you want to walk with your husband then go with him on his time slot.

Order SND/380/2020, of April 30th, on the conditions in which non-professional physical activities can be carried out outdoors during the situation of the health crisis caused by COVID-19.
Those people who need to be accompanied for reasons of need and people over 70 years of age may practice individual sport and walk between 10:00AM - 12:00PM and between 7:00PM - 8:00PM. People over 70 years old can go out accompanied by a cohabiting individual between the ages of 14 and 70.
Yes Jamesb is correct this is the relevant section for those over 70
