Will issue

Hi folks,
I’m in the process of having to make a Spanish Will again even though I told my Irish solicitor at the time I had a Will , which revoked all my wills , when I was writing an Irish one,

Someone told me that if you don’t tell the notary in Spain how would they know you had written an Irish one,is that true

The company I may use offer a priority Client cover @monthly charge , with cheap rates if you have to use them to sell ( or don’t speak Spanish)
