No nutritional information available.

Ingredients

- 1 tbsp vegetable oil or chilli oil for a spicier flavour
- 400g pork loin steaks, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch spring onions, trimmed and sliced into 4cm lengths
- 150g oyster mushrooms, sliced if large, or use regular closed-cup
- 450g jar sweet and sour cooking sauce

Method

1. Heat the oil in a large wok or frying pan over a high heat. Add the pork and stir-fry for 3 - 4 minutes or until browned all over. Remove the pork from the pan with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper.

2. Add the spring onions and mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry for 1 - 2 minutes until just tender. Return the pork to the pan, along with the sweet and sour sauce, and stir-fry for 1 - 2 minutes or until sizzling hot. Serve with boiled rice or noodles, if liked.
