Ingredients

- 80ml vodka
- Ice cubes
- 40ml cranberry juice
- 20ml lemon juice
- 200ml prosecco, cava or other sparkling wine or lemonade of choice
- 4 raspberries (optional)

Method

1. Put a handful of ice cubes into a cocktail shaker and pour in the vodka, cranberry juice and lemon juice. Shake well. Alternatively, put the ingredients in a jug and stir well.

2. Pour into 2 chilled glasses and top up with the prosecco. Thread the raspberries onto two cocktail sticks and use to decorate the glasses, if liked.
