Ingredients

- 2 x 145g can tuna in oil, drained and flaked
- 400g can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- Large handful of fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
- ½ red onion, very thinly sliced
- Grated zest of 1 lemon, plus 2 tbsp juice
- 280g jar vegetable antipasti, drained
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 90g Greek-style yogurt
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 4 pitta breads, halved

Method

1. Combine the tuna, cannellini beans, parsley, red onion, lemon zest and marinated vegetables in a bowl. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

2. Combine the yogurt, tahini, garlic and cumin in a bowl. Season to taste.

3. Fill the pitta breads with the tuna mixture and drizzle with the tahini dressing. Serve.
