Unfortunately they did not confirm the amount to be refunded. I am concerned that they have or have not cancelled all flights under the booking number. I have asked but doubt I will receive a reply.

Are you saying that you got different emails to everyone else.

On the first one it clearly states that you will get a complete refund and it clearly asks if you want a complete refund for all flights on the bookng number that has been cancelled .. and all you had to do was tick a little box. Simple.

Dear Customer,
I refer to your recent request for a refund on your booking confirmation *******
Due to the high volume of flight cancellations due to COVID 19, we are experiencing an unprecedented high volume of requests. We are currently working through the backlog and ask that you please bear with us.
Please do not resubmit your request.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Yours sincerely,
Ryanair Customer Services

My first email in March advised my March 25th could be moved to later with no flight change charge.
Moved it to December.

Now had one for April flight saying to move it, no mention of refund, and a link.
The link takes me to the December flight moved from March.
When i go to the app manually and click on flight, no option to move it. On website i can move it but there are no flights available up to January, but on app there are flights.
Seems things are changing.

I dont foubt what you say JamesB i just wish we all had a similar experience.

I wish i could copy and paste the itinery.

Flight change for me was done on 14th March. Moved to December with a new booking reference.

On 17th March email telling me to move April 23rd flight. The link was to the new booking reference and takes me to the December flight and not to the April one.

I emailed them immediately last week and waiting for their reply.

I hope you can get your plans amended for travel.

I've opted for a refund for both flights and this has been comfirmed by Ryanair with the advise that it will take much longer than usual because of the amount of cancellations.
This I fully understand and personally I have no complaints whatsoever with the way Ryanair has dealt with me and my situation but I do realise that my experience hasn't been as smooth and straightforward for others such as yourself.

With Social Distancing possibly being enforced for 6 months, I've been told by a Ryanair pilot it's unlikely there will be any flights at the very least until September. He strongly recommends to go for any refunds the airlines are offering right now.

It was my fault as I didn't see the little box until it was for to late so I submitted the claim again and ticked the box.

This morning, I received my first e.mail offering me a refund on my April 21st flight .
The 2 previous e.mails from Ryanair , only offered the option to change the flight date .
