Ingredients:

- 25ml gin
- 25ml suze
- 25ml Dolin Blanc
- 25ml Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto liqueur
- Well-chilled Prosecco, to top up
- An orange wheel, to garnish

Method

1. Add all the ingredients except the Prosecco to a large, ice-filled wine glass and gently stir.

2. Top up with chilled Prosecco, garnish with an orange wheel and serve at once.
