Don't you think this winter has been very short? Only worn trousers and boots once.

You lucky thing Karen. I haven't worn anything else since September but fleece lined trousers, fleece tops, fleece lined boots and "duvet" coat. It looks like they will be part of my everyday wardrobe for another couple of months. Feels like the North Pole is slipping southwards.

Yes we had a very warm February which made winter even shorter.

No Karen just the West of Ireland but the biting cold winds and rain this winter sure do make it feel like the North Pole. Temperature 8° feels like 1°. March might eventually bring us back the "soft weather" and some good drying days. How I love those long bright evenings.
