Ingredients
- 60ml vodka
- 60ml triple sec
- 80ml fresh lemon juice, plus extra to serve
- 60ml sugar syrup
- Ice cubes
- 3 lemon sherbet sweets, crushed, to decorate
- Sea salt flakes, to decorate
- Soda water or prosecco, chilled, to top up
Method
1. Put the vodka, triple sec, lemon juice, sugar syrup and a handful of ice into a cocktail shaker. Shake well to combine.
2. Put the crushed lemon sherbet sweets and the sea salt flakes on a small plate. Rub the rim of 2 serving glasses with the extra lemon juice and dip into the salty, sweet mixture.
3. Fill the two glasses with ice cubes, then strain the lemon drop mixture into the glasses. Top with soda water or prosecco, then serve.
