Ingredients
- 200g passata
- 8 small or 4 medium-sized pittas, or use flatbreads
- 120g Cheddar, roughly grated
- 500g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 yellow pepper, deseeded and chopped
- 200g prosciutto, torn into large pieces
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas Mark 5. Place two baking sheets in the oven to heat up.
2. Spread the passata on top of each pitta. Top with the cheese, tomatoes, pepper and prosciutto.
3. Line the hot oven trays with baking paper. Place the pittas on top. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes, or until crisp and golden. Serve the pizzas with salad, if liked.
