Carl - I don't see anything about carrying passengers in cars.
ie. If my partner and I were to take our neighbour's out in the car .
Obviously , all wearing facemasks.
Is that now allowed ?

Graham that is allowed currently in Phase 2. 2 people per row of seats unless all from the same family then all seats can be occupied. Masks as you say must be worn when not from same family.

I misunderstood it under phase 2 , and thought you could only carry 1 passenger , from a different household , and they had to sit in the back seat , opposite the driver .
