Torrevieja Forum and Discussion Board

Help please. My electronic signature expires soon. This is its second renewal and I have had an email saying to renew it in person at one of the registration points in Torrevieja and to take my TIE and passport with me. I think it can be renewed anywhere in Spain but I am wanting to do so in either Torrevieja or Oriheula Costa Town Hall or SUMA office.
I keep trying to make an appointment but cannot make one at the Town Hall, SUMA office etc (as directed in the email).
Has anyone actually renewed their electronic signature and is it possible to just turn up at the office? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanking you in advance.
