Drugs over the counter?

Planning ahead for a future long stay does anyone know if the following drugs are available for sale in local pharmacies?
Ramipril
Bisoprolol
Atorvastatin
Amitriptyline
I will be bringing plenty with me, it's just if we stay longer than initially planned then I'll need restocking.
Many thanks.

They are all prescription drugs in Spain.
Amitriptyline is called Deprelio

I don't see you having a problem getting any of them from the Farmacia. Are you taking the Amitriptyline for migraine? My daugter buys it in Spain all the time. The Ramipril is freely available. The only thing you won't get are antidepressants and you might get a box or 2 of antibiotics.

My wife went to the farmacia in Punta Marina CC and they refused to give her Ibrufeno and Parecetamol without a presciption saying it's been the law since May yet she got them in Los Balcones no problem.
I think it's going to be a case of shopping around Bee.x

Exactly BB. That has always been the case. Some will and some wont.
An article from today's Informacion on drugs that are in short supply at the moment. Some antidepressant brands, the usual Ozempic, a thyroid med and eye treatments.

Thanks for the responses. Yes, the Amitriptyline is for migraine, the rest for my heart. As a fall back I'll look to use the Farmacia at Los Blacones (and can also have a del dia at the Filton).

Anti biotics were made a prescription medicine a couple of years back. Each packet is supposed to have its own unique bar code, so it can be traced. If Farmacia's are doling them out without a prescription, where are they sourcing them from?

No problem getting anti depressants and cholesterol tablets in the farmacia in Torrevieja. I get boxes of them for family back home every few months.
