A man sits at home and watches the weather forecast on his TV. It is just after midnight that the man hears they are expecting rain for the next two days straight, but after 72 hours it will be bright, sunny and warm again. The man laughs and says, "They’re wrong again!"

How could he predict that for sure ? Is he psychic ?
