Telegram Messenger App - Temporary Suspension In Spain From Tomorrow

I am not to familiar with this app, but it is more commonly known simply as Telegram amongst users.
The Spanish High Court have ordered the temporary suspension of this messaging service in Spain from tomorrow whilst complaints from Spanish media companies are investigated. The complaints stem from the messaging service allowing users to upload the media companies content without permission.
It will be up to the mobile phone companies to effect the suspension by blocking access to Telegram in Spain.
