I agree. The same goes for King Charles.

They won't even reveal what surgery she had, only it was abdominal. Why all the secrecy, when all it does is lead to speculation.

We all know that cancer can affect every part of your body.

Doesn't matter who you are a cancer diagnosis is scary and processing it takes stages like a kind of euphoria/disbelief to anger and then to acceptance and not letting it rule your life. For her sake as the mother of a young family I hope the cancer is at the very early stages. The side effects of chemotherapy are very severe and unpleasant but as my late sister used to say you would take poison if you thought it was going to cure you.

Our thoughts are with all the Royal family. Kate and the King must have been to hell and back in the last few weeks, and the press just wouldn't stop speculating. Hope that everything goes well for them.

You are right, some of the speculation has been quite malicious.
Statistically, it is very likely that some of those people who have been so unkind in their writings will come to know what it is to face a diagnosis like Kate has. Then they will face the despair that she has had to experience.
I wish the very lovely Kate and her lovely family all the very best at this terrible time.

Not surprising the loony conspiracy nuts would be on the case. I hope they are feeling sheepish now..( after all they follow the conspiracy leader like sheep.)

Not wishing to be a pedant but her name is Catherine and she is the Princess of Wales. Why can’t the media (and others) stop pretending to be so matey and treat her with respect? They have been hounding her for weeks.
