Anyone know whats going on at 247 forum ?

Yes, Tim has shut it down, the pack of four decided as they couldn't control it, they would stop posting, a shame because it once was a thriving forum.
I was hoping old members would return once they were given a holiday but maybe the understanding that they were going to return, put them off ?

How do you know he has Vino. And if he has, then he should have made his intentions known to the good members.

Or chuck off the rubbish and be done with it ... as we do on here.

I think it's temporary.

If it has closed it is a pity.

It is also a pity that some posters on there were good posters and good fun.. but they changed.

Individually I quite liked them but they seemed to congregate around one particilar person then, like often happens, they began to verbally bully people off the forum. Then of course they blamed those that left for spoiling the forum. Predictable.

I feel sorry for Tim. He did try to gain control of the forum but maybe it was a little too late.

I would like him to try again but keep the divisive posters under more control. I doubt that could be done though...IMHO.

He did put a post with a heartfelt thank you to all the previous members.
But closed it before people got to read it .

One member was fixated with slagging off this forum and it's members.
Maybe if they had been banned totally, people would have returned ?
Let's hope he re-opens it, with strict moderation.

All four were guilty of it to a certain extent and have been doing so for many,many years.

It is all up and running now was down for work .

I thought it was only temporary. You can check if a forum has been shut down.

So it's now back to normal by the looks of it ... Same old, same old .. Oh dear.

Yes it's back to normal, same as before, the only difference is the main trouble makers are slagging me off and my replies are being removed!
Plus they ignore me, not that I give a to**
But it's going nowhere, And won't with the gang running the show.
