Ingredients
- 60ml vodka
- 60ml coffee liqueur
- 60ml strong coffee
- Handful of ice
- 8 scoops of coffee, salted caramel or vanilla ice cream
Method
1. Put the vodka, coffee liqueur, coffee and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well until chilled.
2. Put the ice cream into 4 serving glasses then pour over the chilled vodka mixture. Serve with roasted chopped hazelnuts, if liked.
