Really do not understand why they are so lax with the use of indicators. They must be taught to use them during driving lessons, so why after they pass their test do they all of a sudden stop, and it is not just the odd driver but probably 50% or more that fail to use their indicators. Perhaps it is a cultural thing that I am not aware of.

One thing they are quick to realise they have is a horn!

Bit like the middle lane hoggers in the UK, surely they read the Highway code before taking their theory test!

Perhaps they could extend the fines to misuse on roundabouts
