Ingredients
- 200ml double cream
- 1 tsp orange liqueur, liqueur of choice or orange juice
- Grated zest of 1 orange
- 8 ready-made brandy snaps
- Crushed toasted nuts (optional)
Method
1. Whip the cream, liqueur or juice and orange zest in a bowl until firm peaks form. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a fluted nozzle.
2. Pipe the cream into the brandy snaps.
3. Dip the ends of the brandy snaps in crushed toasted nuts (optional) once filled.
4. Stack on a plate and serve immediately.
