I am due to fly to the UK for a long weekend but I am worried about getting back!
Anyone else thinking this way.

Re: Travel

Re: Travel
Perhaps not worth it for a weekend, but, on the whole, I think the hysteria is overblown.
Today, I read on the BBC news that a man with the virus has died in the UK.
One man!
He was in his eighties, with underlying health issues!!
How many die Every day through cancer, malaria, heart attacks, even road deaths??
The Media are simply driving us to needlessly panic! The Authorities are scared of being seen to do nothing...
Keep Calm and Carry On...(washing your hands of course...)...

Re: Travel
..and now our daughter rings to tell me she and family are not allowed to fly back from Dubai in march....not the fault of this UK end...
..if she tests as infected, fine...otherwise more needless panic...it is flu, not smallpox!!!
