Charges for using my uk sim card to call freephone ?

I am a little bit confused about the charges i might incur using my UK sim to call freephone numbers from Spain
I just had a message from EE to say they are reintroducing roaming charges from June
I dont use my UK card much, i have a dual sim, one Spanish on a plan and the other UK PAYG in my phone
I have been calling the freephone pension line to the UK just recently and will probably have to call them a bit later on this year
Does anyone know if i can still call freephone numbers from Spain without incurring roaming charges , i know normal numbers will incur a charge
Also if i get a call from the UK to my UK sim will i get charged for this ?

I just don't trust them L, especially with the money i have lost through the answering machine on my mobile , they just want to squeeze every last penny out of you, as most companies are now doing i suppose
I would rather get another members opinion that uses EE incase i missed something , it is not a major problem , i can use voip instead on a landline and pay a small fee to call, but just annoyed if i have to pay to use 0800 numbers because of roaming charges

I'm using Lebara, which runs off the Vodafone network and still offers roaming subject to EU regulations.
Have had no problems using it in Spain and no problems in the UK

I'm on 12gb data unlimited mins and texts for £1.49 for the first 6mths then £6.90. its a 30 day contract so you can cancel anytime after the first month.

I only keep the uk number for emergencies and family , and there is always whatsapp etc if they need me, and it has been useful for calling the pensions 0800 number
I was thinking i could change providers but i think they will all charge roaming eventually and EE charges are quite reasonable for PAYG
I will have to bite the bullet if i need to call 0800 now or use one of their landlines through voip , you cannot use 0800 with voip , i can buy credit and get unlimited use for 3 months and then get charged 1p per minute , at least thats what it was last time i topped up, which was over 12 months ago
