What a minefield on the face of it. Thank goodness I haven't got to go through any if that. !!

think the thought and stress of doing any of that outweighs the cost however much that may be.

When we first moved here April 1998 we decided that Spain was going to be our home and we did everything that we needed to do to legally assimilate ourselves into the Spanish culture and way of life.
The first things were to put the car on Spanish plates and apply for Residencia.
And then it was exchanging our UK driving licences for Spanish ones as I was never happy driving with a licence with a UK address on it, even more so as we didn't live there and no longer owned it, yet the Spanish authorities didn't think it was problem at the time, which I found very strange.

Only just had chance to look at that driving guide in full. Seem very comprehensive.

Interesting to see that Ruth Collins contributed to the guide under the learning to drive element. She regularly posted on Facebook, possibly the N332 page, when she was going through the Spanish driving test process.
