Does anyone know the date of the Carol concert in Plaza de la Constitutión in Torrevieja this year please? The obvious date is Friday 13th, looking at last year, but that date has unlucky portents in UK.

I would say 13th as the 6th is a holiday - Constitution Day and the also the start of the Patron Saint of Torrevieja Festival. There will be a paella competition on 6th where the Friday market is - Parque Soria. There will be no market that day. I would think the crib will be turned on the 7th in the square as the 8th is the Feast Day.

I am told the International Carols in the Square will be Friday 13th. I presume around 5.30pm. It will be publicised in the coming days. The Town Hall has published the Agenda for December. There are Carols in the square on 13th (International one), then Villancicos en la Plaza from various scools and choral societies at 5.30pm on 18th 19th 20th 21st Navidad Gitana/flamenco, and 22nd.

If you do find out the start time I'd be grateful if you could post it on here please. I think it's been 5:30pm for the last few years but we all know how things can change here!

5.00pm is the advertised time on Friday 13th in Plaza Constitucion.
