Covid Passport

I am trying to obtain my Covid Passport, but the YO Salud site seems to have been de-activated, can anyone help please. I live in Torrevieja.

Thank you for prompt reply, but this seems to be just for the certificate, not the passport!!

What else do you need ?
I went onto this site and got hard copy and download onto mobile . I have been asked a few times ans it as been good enough.
It got me into Benidorm Palace last Sunday for the Motown Show

You use to be able to obtain to donwload a copy a sheet that detailed the date when each vaccine was given and I cant see that facility on the screen anymore.

I think that was a temporary measure just used locally before the official EU passport was rolled out and has superseded it
