Iberdrola Stand in Habaneras

#1

Post: # 22231Post Meatloaf »

Today I was passing this stand as I heard that iberdrola had changed the tariff that I was on so I asked the girl which I was on etc, she checked it out her computer etc and said I was on the night rate and as a loyal customer she could give discounts on the bill for the next year, so she got a contract send to my email to accept , she then went on to hand me like a credit card but really a voucher card that I can use in 6 weeks,

Has anyone had this experience or is there a catch ?

It was reported on facebook that whoever was on that stand was telling porkies just to get commissions and that information came from Iberdrola itself so get you contract checked at an Iberdrola office
The people who maN THE STANDS DO NOT WORK FOR iBERDROLA THE WORK FOR A MARKETING COMPANY

Hi Fred unfortunately I’m home now and it turns out I’m on night saver and getting 5% discount and the kind lady added 50% off the home electric protection service for 4 months , 50% off the Smart assistance

This contract will be 14 days old on the 7th October, do I have a cooling off period were I can cancel this and revert back to the original, if I ring them, thanks

You need to ring Iberdrola and clarify the exact contract you are going to be on asap

It is also possible to email them and I have found that they do reply quite quickly but you would need to be registered before you can log on. Phoning obviously quicker if you can get through.
