Ingredients
- 50g (1½oz) smoked salmon
- 50g (1½oz) ready-cooked prawns - keep a few back for decoration
- A good handful of dill, lightly chopped, to taste
- 200g (7oz) packet hot smoked salmon
- 35g (1oz) creme fraiche
- 35g (1oz) cream cheese, drained of any liquid
- 1 tbsp horseradish
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ lemon, zested
- Black pepper, to taste
Method
1. Add smoked salmon, prawns and dill to the food processor, and pulse a couple of times.
2. Flake in hot smoked salmon, add in the creme fraiche, cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice, zest and black pepper. Lightly combine. Season accordingly.
3. Either divide between 4 ramekins or serve in a large dish. Finish with a prawn or two and a little dill for decoration.
