To stop the massive delay in waiting for a renewal of my padron, I obtained my unique electronic signature.
I went onto the web site to renew my padron and filled the form in.All my private information was displayed so I know that the electronic signature was working.

That was 6 weeks ago and i am still waiting for a renewal of my padron.!!!!
I thought having an electronic signature would speed things up without the hassle of getting appointments.........

Do you mean CL@VE? Do you have a link for this? Whenever I try I get a website error.

R-toms it is only a copy you need? If so according to the attached link you should be able to download a copy once you have the electronic signature. If its a first time application they say you have to do it in person first.

The web site mentioned, is sending me around in circles !!!

I can't complete the steps as I don't have a cl@ve but the link below will bring you into the Torrevieja Padron Cert. The Town Hall says you can get the certificate on line. It looks to me like the "EST13" from the list and then click "Tramitacion Electronica" . One thing you can be sure of is that it won't be straightforward. The link I posted is probably for Valencia City Ayuntamiento but it should be the same for each Town Hall.

I have looked at the electronic office again on my PC as it is very difficult on a mobile phone.

What I think you need is the EST08 Solicitud de Certificado de Empadronamiento Individual and it says you do not have to present it in person at the office so you can apply on line.

Why can't they do a simple guide in English for people to follow.

This company say they will get you the Cert for €25. They also say even if you do the application on line it can still take up to 4 weeks to get it! I don't understand how that can be the case as I thought you could download it there and then.

I do believe I may have made sense of how to diwnload an online copy of the Padron Cert.

Step 1: select CATÁLOGO DE TRÁMITES if it doesn't open up in that window.

Step 2: Under "Procedimientos Disponibles"
Enter. "Padron"

Step 3 under "Seleccione Materia"
from the dropdown menu select
"Poblacion y Territorio"

Step 4: Once you select Poblacion y Territorio it will automatically list all the different Forms for the Padron Office like updating your address or signing off the Padron etc. So select the "EST08 Certificado Individual" It will list 3 options underneath for completing it so you need to select "Tramitacion Electronica" to complete it on line. This will then ask you to enter your digital cert no.

Once you verify your digital no you should then be able to download a copy of your Padron.
