Adjusting uk headlights for europe

I have a uk car that is on spanish plates and it has had the headlights etc replaced
My question is ,are there any models from the uk that have automatic or lever adjustment on the headlights for european driving , and if so would this be accepted by the ITV testing or would they require them to be changed

My car already has had the headlamps changed, i was just curious to know which uk vehicles headlights can be adjusted for both uk and europe roads and if i ever bought one if the ITV would accept the adjustment or require a complete change
The article is from 2009 so possibly more later models would have this facility
I suppose the best place to ask would be at the test station , i cant really see a problem as long as the beam is correct on their equipment
Obviously other lights would still require changing, reversing, fog light etc if on the wrong side
