Google Maps Satellite view is still showing the view before the fish dock moved.

I see from the webcam in the Port that the new entrance into the Port alongside the old Customs post is well advanced in its construction. Bottom left of the webcam picture.

According to the plan briefed by Dolon to the press in July 2022, all main work completed by June 2023 with remaining work finished by the end of 2023.
If I remember correctly the period between June 2023 to the end of 2023 was for fit-out construction activities.
On the face of it, it looks about a year behind schedule at the moment.
