Thought I might have been sending everyone to sleep, lol. They are In a taxi now going to Maragogi. It feels like too much traveling to me. 2 hours and I am in Spain! Much easier but I think the 21 year old is having the time of his life, in the UK we have sparrows, they have macaws, we have rats, they have monkeys. I can see the attraction. I think the good thing is that the pound is strong against the Reais so although this trip has cost a fortune really, it could of been worse. £1800 to get to Brazil and back, Bonito with the trips and hotel was £1,000 without flights. They are in an Airbnb next, £50 a night, front line view of the beach. I think the idea of mine was, 3 years completed at uni, 3 to go, 21 years old, let's keep him motivated. I think they get to do a placement in a foreign country in two or three years and he will be choosing Brazil. He has a place in mind already, he researched it a while ago and they have an exchange program. He sent me a message saying let's buy a place in Rio! A long way to go to collect your mail, more administration but if I could spend 6 months there you never know.

Reality is of this last place is deprivation, felt safer in Rio, hassled by loads of street sellers, kids trying to sell you a painted tile, electric cables dangling in the streets you have to duck out of the way, people who don't open their shops as too sleepy etc:
