Maybe not critising as such but you felt strongly enough to mention it and normally I would have left it at that because we both agreed that many musicians are in dire straits and you say some have resorted to desperate measures and I don't believe for one minute that they feel very proud in doing so.

So of course any talented but a bit dense musician would take exception to that .. and I did. Otherwise this thread would have been much shorter and much friendlier.

The is a forum where people post various posts about differing topics . Isn't that what forums are all about .
Going back to my first post on this thread .. I was just bewildered with some posting on a closed group, asking for money, from people who don't have it to give .
That doesn't mean I "feel strongly" about it - i was just surprised st this course of action.

You felt strongly enough about it to put it on a public forum which leaves it open to debate, which is usual on a forum.

Personally if I saw that on a group, closed or otherwise, I would keep my opinions to myself, taking into consideration and having respect for, the extreme difficuties I know that some local artistes are having, dense or otherwise.

But hey .. thats just me.
