I hadn't realised I hadn't finished the title line. Carl this project has been in the offing for years. I remember the late Perry being greatly exercised when some of us said we would hate to see the funfair being banished up to where the Friday market is now. It is to stay in the Port area under the new plan.

My misunderstanding Bee. I thought these were new plans submitted recently by an investor, I did not correlate them to back to the plans that were discussed many years ago and that have been dormant in recent years.
