It doesn't matter what rules are put in, some are to ignorant or arrogant to care or take notice.
We were in Morrisons cafe, UK, yesterday and in front of us was a man about 60 years old.
He wanted a cup of tea and at the checkout a young girl told him how much and gave him the contact trace form to complete.
He said you can give it me but I will not fill it in.
She replied, rightly, in that case I cannot serve yiu unless you complete it.
He then shoved the cup at her and said, stick it up your arse then and walked out.
What an arse.

So you have to fill in a contact trace form for a cup of tea.
We don't know all this stuff living in Spain. !!

We use three restaurants and a bar on Playa Flamenca on the first level. Gong, C-Breeze, Rustica and Spud Murphy.
They are all cheek by jowl so I don't know how or where they are all going to put a seperate smoking area. I'm not even sure where they could put a communial one.
Benidorm would be a good place.

Anywhere you go to sit down and eat or drink where other people are. Its to assist in track and trace.
Its about the only thing in UK thats better than in Spain, even though its not working fully.
Last week I tried to book online for 6 at a restaurant. System would not allow it. I was required to phone up and was told a maximum of 4 online, but phoning is required for more than 4.
It was the guys attitude and response to a young girl that surprised me.

We go out almost everyday for a coffee and scones and have NEVER been asked to complete any type of form.
When did this start? Is it only Morrison’s or are others doing it as well? I carry my iPhone with me and I received a message telling me that I had not come into contact with anyone carrying covid19. I hope everyone downloads the app as it is a wonderful and possibly life saving tool.

It is supposed to happen everywhere similar.
A report on sky news went to 10 pubs in Manchester and only 1 insisted. Thst gives a clue to why Manchester is why it is.
I have been asked at Morissons, Greene King, group, Miller and Carter and harvester

All I have been to in the last 3 weeks have insisted, thats why I thought it was required.
You are correct Lincoln. Not mandatory but all are enciuraged to do it. At least where I have gone they are taking it seriously.
