I use this company. You can change the DNS settings on your individual tablet/phone/pc or just change the DNS on your router. If you cannot get access to your router, you can request your provider to do it for you. It is very easy and hides your IP address so that you can get BBC iplayer etc.
It costs less than 20€ per year and is payable by direct debit through Paypal.
