According to the article this is the first time the Council has seeked to create a corporate image.

I think they call that "aesthetics" I hope the service matches the image !!!! It might be a good idea to start with a badge or award for excellent service. Judging by the rollout of the electronic office no thought was given to their citizens who don't have fluent Spanish. Wouldn't you think they could put a small budget together for someone to do a few youtube guides in the different languages say English, French, Scandanavian/Swedish/Norweigan
