Thanks Toddy. Yes from Censo y Estadistica I read them as
No 1 just to get a certificate or copy of your Padron
No 2 to sign on/sign off or make changes to your Padron like adding a child's name maybe
No 3 I read as change of address

So I predume you clicked on the first one?

Let us know how you get on.

When you submit your form, they will send you a conformation email confirming your clave................not yet received it !!

We went on the torrevieja.es this morning at 6am !! and all that was showing was 6th August ! I filled in the form and sent it off.
I checked the website again at 7.45am and there was no more appointments shown....we were just lucky !!!

Great you got an appointment r-toms. I suspect there are going to be a lot of confused people trying to figure out the new appointments system particularly as it's only in Spanish and it's the usual official-speak type language. At least there are some of you who have actually done it now which will be a great help to others.

I tried it now Karen and yes you can translate it as you go along but really it's very understandable in Spanish

select Cita Previa on the right of the screen or from the banner at the top depending on whether you are using your phone or a pc.
Once in Cita Previa
Select Censo y Estadistica or in English Census & Registry
Select first option on left menu - Volante y Certificados
A list of days and times will come up if you are lucky. If you not you will just get a blue box
Select a day and time and press Continuar

Fill in the form with your personal details and send it off.

Remember Karen do it at 6.00am to be in with a chance of getting a date.

Ask if you want any more help. Someone will know

Once you get past the first page with an appointment date and press continue this form appears on screen. It asks do you want to visit the office or telephone and you put in your NIF no or your Passport No.

Translation

Ignore the bit that says International Residents as I had to select a service where I could get a date and time in order to generate the form

I still haven't yet got my confirmation email yet !!

I will let you know when I get it. After all, my appointment isn't until 6th August !!

There seems to be only 14 appointment slots per day for the padron section !!

So there is going to be a very long waiting list

There's a lot to be said for living in a village, walked into my town hall and asked for a new padron, the answer was, you can collect it in about an hour when the mayoress comes back in and signs it.
